Refund and Returns Policy

If, After taking any program form our site and you not get desire results, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any program that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to 66Marketings (SMC PRIVATE) LIMITED.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to husnainqureshi, accessible from https://husnainqureshi.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 3 days after starting our program (any program that we are providing, in the name of “Goods” without giving any reason for doing so.

Complete Terms:

  1. You have rights to cancel your registration before program
  2. You have rights to cancel your registration within 3 days of program starts (if you attend more than 3 classes you not able to cancel your registration)
  3. If you cancel your registration after 3 days of classes you do not get 100% money back, and we see your total days when you submit a cancellation request and based on that we refund an amount (But not 100%)
  4. We have rights to kick-you-out if you miss more than 3 classes or miss 3 quizzes or  you don’t submit 3 assignments in a single month, and in that case we give your remaining money back after cutting attended classes fee

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Refunds.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. You must attend all classes or at-least 90% classes in any 3 month program.
  2. You must submit all or at-least 90% of your quizzes & assignments.

And

  • If you complete above terms (1 & 2) and you still not start earning online or offline we give you 100% money back that you pay us,
  • You have choice to select 100% money back or join any other paid program (at this price)
  • If you join the program in the “Early Birds Offer” or “Any other discounted Offer” You are not eligible for a refund.
  • If you get the 3-month success program with the “I’ll Do It” Package then you not get a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse the returns of any student that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
